Acclarent, Inc. is a medical device company based in Menlo Park, CA that was established in June of 2004. The company is dedicated to developing innovative solutions for Ear, Nose, and Throat specialists and their patients.

Acclarent's initial focus has been on achieving the goals of sinus surgery with novel, endoscopic, catheter-based tools - known as Balloon Sinuplasty™ devices. Through its Balloon Sinuplasty™ technology and the associated Relieva^® product portfolio, Acclarent offers ENT patients alternatives to conventional endoscopic surgical approaches. FDA clearances for these devices were completed in 2005, and the products were commercially launched in the US that same year. Today, Balloon Sinuplasty™ technology is available in both the US and many countries worldwide.
